The Aboriginal Medical Service Western Sydney (AMSWS) plays a pivotal role in the delivery and provision of health services to the local Aboriginal community.
AMSWS has become what it is today because of the tenacity and diligence of many dedicated local Aboriginal community members to whom improving the health of our Aboriginal community was and still is of major importance.
The health service has been through many changes including increases in staff, facilities, programs and clients.
The increased number of clients is indicative of the ongoing success of AMSWS.
AMSWS is still undergoing many changes and will continue to do so in order to meet the needs of our community.
